Regardless of who you shop with, most personalized orders take up to 2 weeks depending on shipping zones. That means they should be in by the end of the month to assure delivery by the 14th. The order processing cycle takes longer since the artwork has to be set up and the item engraved, etched or debossed before being shipped. Shipping can take as long as 5 days depending on the shipping location and delivery address. So the extra steps add more time needed to process the order.
