Preparing Yourself For Wedding Season – Part 2

Wedding Attendant Gifts

In part 2 of our 3 part series we will shift our focus from the bride and groom to all the friends and family who have helped make your special day possible.

Favors have become a very popular tradition stemming from French and Italian Aristocrats of the 17th century who would send their guests home with favors called bonbonniere. How we got from there to here I am not entirely sure but it is no longer just Aristocrats that are expected to give away favors at a wedding, everybody is doing it!

It shouldn’t break the bank however, and your guests are not expecting you to. Focus on size, no one wants to drag something large around with them all night, and personalization. Give them something to remember your wedding by.

Remember these are your closest friends and family all in one room. It is an event that almost never occurs. Take advantage of this and remember to think small and personalized for your wedding attendant gifts
