Meet Mary Braun.
Mary is our operational guru! It will be rare that she doesn’t have the answer to your question. She knows all about the promotional products and awards idiosyncrasies. Her creative side will help you resolve most any challenge.
She has years of customer service experience and still has a positive, cheerful and helpful attitude. She is responsible for all day to day operations, finances, vendor relations, customer service and anything else that needs getting done.
Meet Ginger Hallett.
Ginger is our newest addition and is very familiar with the day to day operational issues. Her sharp learning curve has allowed her to obtain a strong understanding of our product line, what can and can’t be done and can explain the whys and wherefores.
When she isn’t working with the day to day tasks, she helps maintaining the web site.
Meet Ken Johnson.
Ken is responsible for the overall business strategy, website development, analytics and researching anything new we would like to try (Like this blog).
His background in corporate management and information systems are put to the test in this relatively new ecommerce world.
He did the start up of the business back in 1997 as a part time venture. He is trying hard to become semi retired, but there is always something needing attention.
Meet Angie Ellerman.
Angie is responsible for developing articles, blogs and copy for the site. Her writing skills will significantly improve the content of our site. She joined us in October 2007 and has become a mainstay of our team.
We are a small operation, so you won’t talk to anyone who isn’t familiar with all aspects of the business. We want to provide the best in customer service and stay small enough to solve your needs.
